Dear Kenowa Families,
We had another great week at Kenowa with successful testing on Thursday, where we saw fantastic participation and engagement from our students. We are looking forward to our next round of testing on April 17, with the PSAT and SAT scheduled for that day.
As we approach spring break next week, I want to remind everyone to be mindful of the Fruit Ridge Bridge closure starting on Monday, March 31. Please plan accordingly and allow for extra time when traveling to and from school.
After spring break, we will continue with our testing, as mentioned, and we’re also excited about our upcoming Prom on April 25.
Finally, we are proud to highlight our Students of the Week. This week, we are celebrating eight outstanding students for their hard work and dedication.
Have a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to seeing everyone after the break!

Next Friday we will be doing more PSAT testing.
Blood Drive Update
The Kenowa Hills High School, with the National Honor Society Students hosted another incredibly successful blood drive earlier this month. One hundred sixty (160) donors, which included 59 first-time donors, provided 148 pints of blood over the two-day event. Nearly 400 lives will be saved as a result of this blood drive. Bravo to High School English Teacher Allie Hughes and High School Athletic Director Secretary Vicki Bekins for organizing one of the most successful high school blood drives in Michigan.
