Happy Friday, Zinser Families!

I hope this message finds you well as we continue to move through January. With the winter season in full swing, I’d like to remind everyone about the importance of staying warm and safe. Please ensure your children are dressed appropriately for the colder weather, including coats, hats, and gloves. If your family is in need of winter clothing, don’t hesitate to reach out to our office—we are here to support you.

There will be no school next Monday as we take time to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  He shared many inspiring and wise words that are perfect for kids to learn about kindness, fairness, and making the world a better place. Which is your favorite?

"The time is always right to do what is right."

"I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear."

"Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'"

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."

"If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way."

Classes will start the second round of NWEA/iReady testing next week. We will also host the spelling bee for 4th and 5th grade students who signed up to participate in the fall. We are excited to see students shine as they show what they know! As always, we are grateful for your continued support and partnership. Your involvement makes a tremendous difference in our school community, and we appreciate everything you do to help your children succeed. Let's make this second half of the school year a great one!

Our Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without an understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses.
